A little bit about us.....

Abbey Technologies was established in 2005 and is run by me, Steve Carr. I've spent over 21 years working in IT services for some of the world's largest companies. 6 years ago I decided to start my own business after hearing about the poor quality of service some of my friends and family had received from so called IT professionals and I've never looked back.

My background is mainly in technical support however over the last 5 years I have resurrected my passion for web design. I have been developing websites and providing web and hosting services for various companies and I have helped them promote their site and subsequently their business into the highest ranking in the most popular search engines.

When setting up Abbey Technologies, my main focus was on customer service. I appreciate there are many companies out there that will fix your computer or setup a website for your organisation but the difference is in the quality of service you get. At Abbey Technologies we thrive on our reputation of offering quality services at competitive prices with a friendly and personal approach.

I apply the same philosophy to both my PC Support and Web Design Services. Over my 20 years in IT there is not much I haven't seen before so I'm confident I can help with your PC and laptop support problems. A little bit about our Web Design Services .......... We can create a website for any company or organisation anywhere in the UK. When possible we like to liaise face to face on our web design projects however we have the technology to be able to project manage website design projects remotely without affecting the quality of the finished product.
