Still not made the leap to Windows 10? If you are running an old version of Windows such as Vista or even XP upgrading should be priority. These older operating systems are well out of support and are no longer updated. This makes them less reliable and potentially less protected from modern virus, malware and spyware attacks.

Windows 7 is also in it’s final year of support and will be officially out of support on 14th January 2020. Windows 7 was great a great system, but all good things must come to an end. As technology improves Windows 7 simply can’t keep up.

The less said about Windows 8 the better….so let’s move on.

Windows 10 has been around for some time now and seems to be pretty stable in our opinion. As it’s fully support by Microsoft and regularly updated it makes sense to make the move. Upgrading an old PC or laptop is possible but it’s generally more cost effective to opt for new or refurbished computers that have already been upgraded and tested.

We have a range of PC’s and Laptops, new and refurbished that are already running Windows. Our refurbished machines are very popular, with prices from as little as £65.00 they are excellent value for money. Give us a call on 0151 345 3963 or pop in store to see what we have. Our stock changes regularly.
